Movie Steak

I’m going to take some time out from the regular (ha, regular) features of news and reviews to share some thoughts.

Why is it that when a movie is on TV, it’s more attractive than DVD? For instance, last night Lord of the Rings: The Followship of the Ring was being broadcast on Channel 4. I really wanted to watch it but I had to work. But what does it really matter? I have it sitting on DVD on my shelf. I could be watching it now. But I’m not.
